Do you operate in all of California?
Yes we do. While we are based in Kern County, 90 minutes north of Los Angeles, we provide services across the state at a competitive rate.
What is your turnaround time?
While this would vary per project, we recognize that many engineer’s have a backlog of work. Capstone’s staff is able to accommodate a variety of projects with various schedules to often exceed industry standard.
Do you provide estimates free of charge?
Yes we do. Contact us and see what we can do for you.
Can you design public works projects?
Yes we can. Additionally, we are registered with DIR as a field surveyor and can perform surveys of public works sites.
Is there a project too small?
Not for us. While Capstone does work on sizeable projects, we take pride in servicing property owners that may have a smaller scope. Reach out to see what we can do.
